Day 4 Newburgh to Port Errol , Cruden Bay

From sedgewarblers ,great white throats, lesser whitethroats to kittiwakes, chats, terns , ringed plovers ,oystercatchers. Not to mention fritillary butterflys, small blues and painted ladies.Man I love this coast and all the life, big and small. Each blade of grass tells it’s own story. Even on a day when I’m a bit tired and just a wee bit emotional and of course, it’s raining.I still feel in awe of it all.

As Karine Polwart says ..”the path that winds before us is not for us to know , one step and then another is all we need “or something like that.

I’m on the dunes today. It’s my first rainy day of the journey. I wonder what mysteries this landscape  holds. Or what familiar faces I may see?
