Day 5 Cruden bay to Peterhead.. and beyond to Rattray!

So today I messed up. I thought I needed to walk to Peterhead , turns out I needed to walk to Loch of Strathbeg to stick with my schedule.That means  approximately walking 19 miles instead of  12. Challenge excepted. Should’ve put sun lotion on though even though there was little to no sun today!. I’m now bathed , fed and after-sunned up in Crimond staying with a friend.Ready for a slightly quieter day tomorrow with even less sun hopefully even though it was a lovely walk for the most part!

Strange landscape behind dunes I found trying to make a shortcut at Rattray. Note to self , never take a short cut unless you really know the route!
Yae just missed the rain!
